Rouxvale’s origin dates back to 1761 when the Van Zyl family left the Netherlands and arrived at the Western Cape. While most new settlers established their homes and businesses in the coastal areas, the Van Zyls decided to risk their luck and venture inland, where the vineyards they planted all those years ago still produce wine today. Rouxvale Sparkling Chardonnay is a superb entry level sparking wine. With a gentle fizz and a delicious array of fresh pear, green apple and pear drop flavours, it's perfect for guilt-free popping at parties or enjoyed as an apertif.
